The spiritual growth that happens during the pre- teen years helps lay the foundation for a strong, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.
Mission 56 is specifically designed to meet the needs of our 5th and 6th graders in preparing them for a lifetime of loving and serving Christ. During the time we spend with your child, we will challenge them to pursue God and seek His righteousness. By emphasizing and focusing on sound Biblical teaching, we will encourage them to discover, investigate, and act upon God’s Truth. Our goal in Mission 56 is to make sure that we use every second of time with your child to point them to the love of God through Christ. We work as hard as we can to provide for your child’s emotional, physical, and spiritual needs during the time that you entrust us.
Mission 56 is specifically designed to meet the needs of our 5th and 6th graders in preparing them for a lifetime of loving and serving Christ. Mission 56 will:
- Challenge each 5th and 6th grader to pursue God and seek His righteousness.
- Encourage preteens to discover, investigate, and act upon God’s Truth.
- Partner with parents to shape the hearts of preteens for eternity.
- Challenge our 5th and 6th graders to become a mighty force for the Kingdom of God in their church, schools, and community.

Preteens have the opportunity to engage in solid biblical teaching in a dynamic, energetic environment with other 5th and 6th graders. They can attend Mission 56 during the 11:30a gathering at our South Campus or the 10:45a gathering at our North Campus.

Our big event each week will happen on Wednesday nights in the South venue from 6:00-7:45. Kids can come for hang-time from 6:00-6:30 (snacks, games, and fellowship). At 6:30, we’ll have worship, Bible Study, and all kinds of life application moments including small group mentoring sessions.

Every second your preteen is in one of our Mission 56 environments, we will engage him/her with the Word of God in age appropriate, engaging scriptural teaching.
Safety and Security
We know children, regardless of their age, learn best in safe and secure environments. We also know parents can relax when their children are well cared for in safe and secure environments. We make your child’s safety a top priority week in and week out.
Consistent Relationships
We believe children spiritually thrive when they have caring adults consistently investing in their spiritual development. We work hard to have trained adults who partner with you in the spiritual growth of your preteen on a weekly basis.
Age Appropriate Programming
As children’s minds and bodies grow and develop, their spiritual needs and understanding also grows. We make sure every lesson, game, and worship experience fits the specific spiritual needs for your child’s age group.

We believe you are your child’s most important spiritual leader. We want to give you every resource and tool we can to help you be successful in that role. We are here for you, cheering you on as you lead your preteen to love and follow Jesus.
