In this message, Pastor Chris closes out the first series on the Gospel of John by walking through the calling of the first disciples in John 1:35-51, where John the Baptist’s sacrificial pointing to Jesus as the “Lamb of God” leads to Andrew, Peter, Philip, and Nathanael coming to follow him. The message shows that meeting Jesus, who sees us as we are and promises who we will become, compels us to seek him and share him with others, culminating in Jesus as the true “ladder” connecting heaven and earth.
