Professional volunteers serve to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people across Baldwin County, Mobile County, and the surrounding areas, who are uninsured or under-insured. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality services in a warm, caring environment. What to Bring
Since our medical and dental services provided are based on a client's income, please bring the following documentation:
- Driver's license or other form of picture ID
- Copy of the most recent income tax return
*If you cannot provide a copy of your recent 1040, 1040A, or similar documents, please bring your household's W2 documents, or two pay stubs for those in your household to verify income.
